About

PJ Musico grew up in Southern California, where his passion for hockey, the beach, and great food shaped his early years. As he advanced through the AAA ranks, his love for the game deepened, driving him to pursue college and professional hockey. After three years of junior hockey across the U.S. and Canada, PJ honed his ability to navigate the unique challenges of goaltending. In his final junior season with the Flin Flon Bombers (SJHL), his dedication earned him a scholarship to join Penn State University’s NCAA Division 1 program. There, PJ became his own goalie coach, leveraging his background in functional anatomy to overcome limitations in his game.

Following college, PJ pursued his professional dreams in the ECHL, with two call-ups to the AHL. During this time, he discovered his true calling: mentoring and developing goalies to become best-in-class athletes and individuals. Over the past decade, PJ has built a thriving community of dedicated goaltenders excelling at every level—NHL, Olympics, NCAA, and beyond. His holistic training blueprint emphasizes not just technical skill but also resilience, character, and preparedness for life’s challenges.

With a deep passion for his craft, PJ is privileged to help goalies unlock their full potential on and off the ice, inspiring them to consistently raise the bar.
